Steele Insurance Agency is in need of an Account Executive/Staff person to help our office as we are growing at a rapid rate (not a bad thing!).
We sell auto / home / life insurance as a brokerage in Murrieta.
We opened our current office off of Kalmia in January of 2015.
We represent around 30 A-rated companies, and are always looking out for our client's best interest.
Currently we have 15 agents and 10 full time staff people.
We are growing at such a pace that we need to add another staff person for support.
We are growing by about 200 clients a month, and we need help in regards to:
Quoting clients
Submitting policies
Endorsements
Billing
Retention (most important part right now)
Phone answering / Customer Service Requests
You would also be tied into the growth of the agency, as we grow, you make more money on an hourly basis.
And you also have the ability to up your hours, and receive commission, by recruiting clients to our agency.
And as we grow, you will be moved slowly towards full time, which is ideal if you may be just getting back into the workplace, or have other obligations currently that may be going away in the upcoming months.
The current staffers will be crucial in the hiring, training, and decision making for when we need to raise the hours of the new staffer.
They are intricate pieces in our team, and we want to make sure that we are running as efficiently as possible.
We are a fun group, always laughing and messing around in the office.
You may hear an occasional cuss word or two.

Pay: $22.
