A day in the life, what you'll be doing:
Key responsibilities:
Support the development of the CRM strategy and retention roadmap, focusing on email, SMS, and App Push while evaluating other channels/programs.
Audit and update existing automated flows and support the launch of new automations to drive engagement throughout the customer journey.
Monitor channel KPIs and performance and identify areas of improvement.
Work with the analytics team to measure campaign performance and produce regular reports.
Create detailed briefs for the creative team to launch new lifecycle and loyalty campaigns in retention channels and refresh existing campaigns.
Support customer insights programs (surveys, calls, etc.
), gathering feedback and delivering actionable insights.
Assist in the setup, QA and, scheduling of automations ensuring seamless development and deployment.
Maintain an exceptional level of attention to detail.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, customer support to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
Drive innovation in retention marketing through frequent and ongoing testing and optimization.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in retention marketing.

Degree; degree in marketing preferred.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Database experience is a plus).
1-2 years of email marketing, retention experience
Ability to identify consumer needs/wants and develop a compelling value proposition to drive email acquisition.
Strong analytic skills, including experience with attribution methodologies and analytics software (e.
g.
Adobe Analytics).
Strong technical skills (HTML experience is a plus).
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to efficiently and effectively self-direct and prioritize work.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to operate efficiently at a tactical level against strategic goals.
Salary Range: $24.

Physical Requirements:

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position.
As a National Retailer, occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required during periods of high volume.
This role operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
