*Entry Level Sales Associate Duties: *
* Educate consumers on the positive effects of making the switch to our telecommunications services
* Become a telecommunications master, staying up-to-date on all relevant market trends by attending meetings and conducting extensive research
* Represent our clients professionally and proudly to increase customer base and improve sales profit margins
* Strong ability to connect with customers, build trust, and foster relationships for years to come
* Document and record confidential client information accurately and efficiently
* Adequate present information to customers one-on-one or in small groups
* Active listening to all customer concerns and objections to better understand their needs and educate them on how our services can be tailored to their individual needs
*Entry Level Sales Associate Qualifications:*
* Minimum of a High School Diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred
* No prior experience is required, but past customer service, sales consulting, account management, or relevant sales experience, especially in the telecommunications industry, is a major plus!
* Highly responsible, self-reliant, and professional
* Charismatic, friendly, and inviting demeanor
* Ability to work effectively, patiently, and pleasantly with other team members, customers, and management
* Humble and passionate about helping others and making an impact on the environment
