Lead Product Manager Digital Customer Experience
The Lead Product Manager, Digital Customer Experience will have responsibility to manage the Agile Software Development lifecycles representing Cox Business Digital Customer Portal SDLC workstreams.
Additionally, the Product Manager, Digital Customer Experience will have responsibility to lead and/or participate in working groups to define, develop, and launch the Cox Business Digital Self Service Customer Experience focused on the web desktop and mobile responsive experiences.
Ideal candidates will have significant product management and product development experience of Business Grade Digital Customer Experiences and in-depth knowledge of Agile Development methodologies, Software Development Lifecycle, Customer User Experience, Software as a Service, Content Management, CRM, and related technologies.
The Product Manager, Digital Customer Experience is responsible for development of their assigned services and responsible for presenting status to boundary partners, leaders, and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities extend to defining use cases, business requirements, where appropriate managing the stage/gate development process, and coordinating with external and internal organizations to define and effectively communicate direction and status of planned initiatives.
The role will be responsible for working with Cox's technology team on the design, implementation, and integration of Digital services to Cox Business customers.
This position will interface with vendors and partners on a regular basis.
What You'll Do Support digital strategy and execution efforts for the Web customer experiences including the creation of product concept, requirements, management of development process, test the solutions and launch to all markets Ability to participate in and co-manage large cross functional teams in a matrix organization Assist in development and refinement of digital product business cases Research and understand primary customer needs, cost/benefit trade-offs of various implementation options, and translate into functional product descriptions Create and/or oversee the various product deliverables - product roadmaps, product description, trial plans, executive presentations, product scope, product requirements, project plans, status reports, etc.
Possess strong planning capabilities, communications skills, presentation skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills.

Who You Are Minimum Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years' experience (Technology, Marketing, Process Improvement, etc).

and 1 year of experience; or 18 years' experience in a related field with no degree Excellent interpersonal, collaborative and communication skills that allow one to work effectively with teams throughout organization.
Strong working knowledge of SAFE Agile Development and Agile Software Development Lifecycle Management (SDLC), Digital Self Service Software Development for Business Telecom Customers, including desktop, mobile responsive, iOS, and Android digital experiences.
Strong writing skills for product documentation; Product Descriptions, Trial Parameters creation and documentation, and other technical and product related documentation as required.
Experience with Jira, Aha!, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio Experience with digital product life-cycle and adherence to digital product development methodologies Excellent systems analysis skills Preferred Bachelor's degree in related discipline strongly desired (e.

Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Engineering, Computer Science, etc.
