The Assistant Digital Marketing Manager, reporting directly to our Brand Manager, will collaborate closely with the Brand Marketing Manager and key Digital Agencies to optimize our online presence, engage strategic partners, and actively contribute to our brand's evolution.

*Primary Duties and Responsibilities*
· Native Social
o Gather and curate content based on guidance from key partners, identifying product highlights.
o Create and schedule native posts on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
o Manage content and engagement on Houzz platform.
o Respond promptly to non-customer service requests on social media.
o Proactively engage with relevant hashtags, threads, and industry communities to increase brand visibility.
· Paid Digital
o Handle purchase order (PO) management for digital marketing requests.
o Manage and organize digital content requests
· Email & Web
o Develop and execute email campaign strategies.
o Create and request key email correspondences.
o Maintain and update the website, including project showcases, press releases, error resolutions, and the creation of Easter Egg/ Landing Pages for New Product Introductions and events.
· Influencers
o Conduct outreach to potential influencers.
o Manage contacts and orders related to influencer partnerships.
o Oversee influencer contact platforms.
o Handle purchase order (PO) management for influencer collaborations.
· Events
o Coordinate and facilitate content imagery for events in collaboration with Brand Manager
*Education and Experience Profile*
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
· Minimum 2 years of experience preferred
*Required Skills*
· Demonstrated passion for digital marketing, social media, and web technologies.
· Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to collaborate effectively within a small, dynamic team.
· Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is advantageous.
· Effective computer skills familiar with Microsoft Windows applications, especially, Word, Excel and Outlook

· Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
Pay Range: $56,025-$82,171.
This “base salary range” is a reasonable estimate for this position at the time of posting.
Pay within each range is based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, to primary work job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
