*Summary:*
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources and Payroll Specialist to join our team.
Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting orientation for new hires
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and changes Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR support.
*Responsibilities:*
- Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews
- Assist with the implementation of change management initiatives and provide support to employees during organizational changes
-Proactively develop and execute recruitment strategies that drive quality-of-hire and time to fill.
-Ensuring the onboarding of new hires is followed according to procedures in a timely and thorough manner.
-Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially
- Assist with payroll processing and resolve any payroll-related issues
- Conduct training sessions on HR policies, procedures, and compliance topics
-Prepare bi-weekly payroll processing; receive time sheets from employees, audit for accuracy, and input time for the payroll process.
*Sills/Qualifications:*
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience as a Human Resources Specialist or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Experience with payroll processing and administration
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bilingual - Fluent English & Mandarin (Mandatory)

-Familiarity with Zoho system, Google drive, MS office, etc.
