Holistic Nutrition Center is located in Newport Beach, California.
Our main objective is to find the root cause of our clients’ ailments and address them through nutritional guidance and high-quality, whole food supplements.

The Front Desk Receptionist will support the office’s back-end operations, front desk operations, client visits, and assist in cultivating and maintaining client relationships.
This job is fast-paced, fun, rewarding, and challenging!
Pay starts at $27/hr
1 week PTO
Current hours needed are 9:00 am - 5:30 pm Monday-Friday!
Responsibilities and Duties:
The Front Desk Office Manager will report to our practitioners and will ensure a smooth client experience and office workflow.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Client communications (Phone, text service, email, etc.
)
Scheduling (creating, rescheduling, and confirming appointments)
Pulling charts and prepping exam rooms
Reaching out to reactivate past clients
Tracking and filling client supplement orders
Other role-appropriate office duties as needed
