Busy CEO/Dr who works from home is in need of personal assistant/Office Admin.
Duties include: Answering phone/booking patients, checking/responding to emails, ordering products online, shipping products, walking 2 small dogs, grocery shopping, cleaning/meal prep/cooking.
Farsi speaking an asset.
Must speak/read/write fluent English, be tech savy with email, and online orders, etc.

and good on the phone for customer service.
Must be able to multitask.
Work hours start at 8 or 9 am until 5-6 pm.
Meet at Dr's home in the morning, work from Dr Home till 5 or 6 pm.
Monday-Friday.
May need help on some weekends as well, and sometimes work day may start a bit earlier, like 7:30 am.
