is a 40-year small family run business located in Irvine, CA and they are looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant to work with their office team as a support person.
You must have professional experience, excellent communication skills both written and spoken, be dedicated, organized, detail orientated, enjoy and be proficient at follow through, take pride in your work, & be a team player who exhibits system-based, process-oriented thinking.

Company services includes interior plant design and regular guaranteed maintenance.
Specifically, the Administrative Assistant position assists and supports the Office and CEO of Plantscapers, Inc.
with the overall day to day administrative help and support for the Company.
Their ideal candidate is one that loves to help others, has excellent communication skills, and loves executing processes.
This person is also a team player who enjoys learning new skills, is a problem solver, and is looking for a long-term position with Plantscapers, Inc.
Responsibilities: • Front office work, including greeting any visitors and answering calls • Filing and Paperwork • Working on numerous computer programs • Data Entry • Working in Excel, Outlook, QuickBooks and a CRM • Proficient in business correspondence • Running Errands • Support for office staff • Support for CEO • Coordinates office vendors & deliveries Requirements, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States and have a valid Driver’s license • 1 year of experience working as an Administrative Assistant or similar work • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM, and QuickBooks Online • Meticulous attention to detail • Works well with processes • Willing to learn and grow with position • Organized and self-starter • Great work ethic • Great communicator and likes to be part of a great team • Able to communicate effectively to clients/team members • Skilled at supporting staff • Excellent at follow up and follow through • Self-motivated and reliable • English Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking Bonus Points: ● Additional Administrative Experience ● Extensive Experience in using QuickBooks Online ● Intermediate Experience using CRM Software ● Experience in making travel arrangements ● Bilingual English/Spanish
