*Position Summary:*
This position is responsible for overseeing and supporting the Administrative Services functions at Chamberlain Group, including, but not limited to; Corporate Services, Business Systems & Technology, Facilities Management, Marketing, Training, and Other Duties As Assigned.
*Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*
_-Office Oversight - Corporate Services, Business Systems, Facilities Management and Technology_
· Overall Office Management - Lead daily office administration & operations, parking validation, office supplies, meetings rooms, kitchen oversight, overseeing maintenance and repair, etc.
· Corporate Meeting Planning Logistics- Annual, Semi-Annual, Quarterly and Monthly and Christmas Party
· Employee Communications - Internal Corporate Announcements
· Office Vendor Management - Parking, Property Management, Printers/Copiers, Shred/Storage, contractors, etc.
· Meeting Room Oversight - "Stage Ready" (daily refreshing), supplies, meeting room technology setup/tear down
· Review and approve Vendor Invoices for payment within the scope of Office oversight
· Employee Onboarding - Assist with employee onboarding - building logistics, training, technology assistance, etc.
· Foster a Leader-Leader Culture
· Manage outsourced vendor relationship with NexusTek (weekly visits, service requests, IT renewals)
· Review and approve Vendor Invoices for payment
· Technology project oversight
· Research and Implement new or updated software, hardware and facilities equipment
· Maintain Employee Passwords and CG Server Access
· Oversee building/office projects
· Maintain documentation of company programs
· Safety Officer - Understand and Implement Disaster Recovery Plan
_Marketing_
· Social Media Oversight - Chamberlain Group LinkedIn Page
· Technology Platform oversight (Zoom)
· CG Website Management - Adding and deleting staff info.
, pics/bios, recruiting links, ADV Part2B, compliance language updates
· Printed Material oversight - ordering business cards, present covers/tabs, letterhead, etc.
Content Development and Newsletters
· Press Releases
· Corporate Briefings - (Burry, Kilcullen, Strive, etc.
), Zoom events, marketing calls, off-site meetings, etc.
logistics - venue, meals, name tags, technology set up and running the platform (Zoom, Meetn), invitations, agenda, pre-event huddles, follow up
· Corporate Sponsorships
_Training_
· Create, Implement and Oversee CG Corporate Service Standards (CG University, Processes/Procedures, etc.
)
· Assist in CG structural growth (Additional Advisors, Contractors, Outsourced Support)

*Position Requirements:*
· BA/BS degree in Business or related field.
MBA is a plus
· 5+ year’s business/office administration experience required
· Financial Services experience a must.
· Must be detail oriented, highly organized, self-motivated, and possess strong time management skills.
· Ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously
· Ability to self-direct, and utilize tact and diplomacy
· Able to deliver and train platinum-level service, external and internal
· English fluency required
· Must demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and oral
· Must be able to type and utilize common software programs
· Must be familiar with modern office equipment

Pay: $70,000.
00 - $75,000.
