Pathway Group recruits for several of the most reputable and prestigious manufacturing companies in California today, with many of our clients being innovative leaders within their markets.
Pathway Group staffs and recruits, for multiple divisions and positions for clients in the Southern California area.
Job Responsibilities: • Run a full recruitment process for open requisitions and multiple organizations simultaneously.
• Provide superb customer service to clients and candidates.
• Maintain an organized and productive recruitment desk.
• Honest, clear and consultative communication with client and candidates • General administrative and office assistance to other team members • Accurately maintain requisition information and candidate progress.
• Create efficiency on your recruitment flow to ensure steady delivery of qualified candidates.

• Ability to write emails in a professional and consultative manner.
• Ability to transcribe conversations into emails with detail and accuracy.
• Ability to engage customers and provide an excellent client experience.

• Experience with Job Boards and strategic recruitment systems.
• Articulate and confident in decisions made and actions taken.
• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to “go with the flow” enthusiastically.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $41,600.
00 - $52,000.
