*Join Our Team as a Fleet & Logistics Associate!*
*Position Summary*: The Mobile Ops & Fleet Technician supports Be Well OC's Mobile Crisis Response team.
Under the direct supervision of the Logistics Manager, Mobile Operations, this position provides operational assistance to the entire program.
This position involves a combination of administrative, organizational, and communication tasks to ensure the smooth flow of fleet management and logistics activities.
The Fleet and Logistics Associate supports the day-to-day fleet operations, including all fleet repairs, diagnostics, fleet supply, and inventories.

*Essential Functions/Responsibilities* *Fleet Maintenance:* * Schedules and coordinates vehicle maintenance to ensure the fleet is operating at full capacity and with minimal disruption, minimizing downtime.
* Optimizes fleet utilization and maintenance schedules.
* Coordinates with mechanics and vendors to ensure timely vehicle inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
* Coordinates and delivers vehicles between maintenance locations and contract cities.
* Switches out primary vehicles with backup vehicles, as needed, during staff downtimes.
* Performs minor preventative maintenance and or repairs to fleet vehicles.
Maintains Vehicles’ cleanliness regularly.
* Maintains fleet safety and performance standards – immediately escalates concerns to management.
* Effectively uses logistics and fleet management software.
* Supports the implementation and utilization of technology tools to enhance logistics efficiency.
* Ensures all relevant documentation, such as permits and licenses, is current and compliant.
*Compliance and Safety:* * Assists in ensuring all fleet operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
* Works with the Logistics Manager to implement and enforce safety protocols for drivers and vehicles.
* Assist in training new drivers and recertifying all employees on a routine basis.
*Communication and Transportation Assistance:* * Schedules/organizes transportation for participants when needed and appropriate.
Transports clients to and from Be Well Campuses alongside other personnel.
* Acts as a liaison between vendors, Mobile Operations personnel, and the Logistics Manager.
* Communicates any changes in schedules or routes promptly to all relevant parties.
*Inventory Management:* * Monitors and manages equipment and supplies inventory levels for the fleet at satellite and corporate locations.
* Delivers supplies and equipment in support of Mobile Operations to various locations.
* Performs routine checks on medical equipment.
*Qualifications:* * High School Diploma or GED * Valid and unrestricted driver’s license with clean driving record with reliable transportation and a willingness to operate their personal vehicle in the course of employment (mileage reimbursed at IRS rate) * Must have knowledge of office administrative procedures and knowledge of the use and operation of standard office equipment at a level generally acquired through 2+ years of related experience.
* Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
The position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy.
* Ability to drive without restrictions.
* Must be organized and able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to work with all levels of management and team members with diplomacy and tact.
* Good computer/technology skills (Microsoft Office Suite) and ability to learn technological platforms.
* Visual acuity to operate equipment and read technical information and GPS directions.
* Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
* See, speak, walk, hear, stand, climb stairs, and move in various terrain, unassisted.
* Lift and drag at least 75 lbs.
