Financial Services Company looking for a responsible part-time Personal Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical task.
Duties of the Administrative Assistant include assisting in daily office needs.
This is an on-site, in person part time position.
Responsibilities -Manage billing and bill payments -General office duties -Transcribing -Manage rental property needs and payments -Maintain and update filing system -Prioritize incoming mail -Organize and schedule appointments and seminars -Follow, update and maintain office policies and procedures -Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers Requirements -Proficiency in MS office applications, Quicken -Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant -Knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines -Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
-Attention to detail and problem solving skills -A desire to learn new skills -Aptitude with numbers -String organizational skills with the ability to multi-task -High School degree, additional qualification as an administrative assistant or secretary will be a plus -The ability to learn and retain information quickly.
-Interest in learning to understand various investing proposals, stocks, mutual funds and financial profiles
