*Position: Kids Attendant*
*Location: Mesa Verde Country Club, Huntington Beach, California*
*Salary: $18 - $22 per hour*
Mesa Verde Country Club is currently seeking a compassionate and energetic Kids Attendant to join our vibrant Kids Center team.
This role is crucial in supporting the development and well-being of children ranging from toddlers to school age, ensuring a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for all.
*Responsibilities:*
* Support in the development and execution of engaging, age-appropriate curriculum and activities.
* Assist the Lead Kid's Attendant in maintaining a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
* Provide mentorship, encouraging positive behavior and social engagement among children.
* Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with parents to ensure a cohesive approach to child development.
* Ensure the safety and supervision of children at all times, adhering to established safety guidelines.
* Manage administrative tasks and maintain accurate records of program participants.
* Step in to manage the Kids Center in the absence of the Lead Kid's Attendant, ensuring continuity of care.
*Qualifications:*
* A high school diploma or equivalent is required; some college coursework in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Child Development (CD), or a related field is preferred.
* Experience working with children in a group care setting is desirable.
* Current adult and infant/child CPR & First Aid certifications are preferred.
* A genuine passion for working with children and contributing to their growth and development.
