Commercial landscape contractor is seeking a personable, professional, reliable, detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or college courses and verifiable Accounting or Business experience.

Responsibilities may include, but not be limited to:
• Professionally communicating with customers, employees, and vendors
• Assist in processing work authorizations using Microsoft Word
• Process and input customer A/R invoices and payments using MAS100
• Process and input vendor A/P invoices into MAS100
• Maintain and organize A/P files
• Review vendor statements to ensure listed invoices have been received

Compensation starting at $22 to $30 hour depending on experience, with growth opportunities for those with a willingness to learn.
