Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $24-$27/hr.

Hybrid working schedule - 3 days on-site and 2 days remote (Tuesday and Friday)
Start Date: December 11
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot service issues collaboratively with third-party and field technicians.
Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve technical issues promptly, particularly on escalated machines.
Review and analyze machine service history, providing detailed machine service reports, especially for escalated cases.
Collaborate with Technical Support Management and the Product department to troubleshoot complex scenarios, especially in emergency service cases.
Offer technical consultation on service reports and service invoices from providers to the service administration department upon request.
Report prioritized service issues following the established escalation process.
Qualifications:
Electrical training, especially with 220V and commercial equipment, with a minimum of nine months of experience.
Minimum of six months' experience as a commercial coffee equipment technician/practitioner, including expertise in espresso machines.
Strong customer service and analytical skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with MS Office; preferred experience with Salesforce, SharePoint, MS Teams, and ACD user interface.
