HR Payroll Specialist (Anaheim)

High volume 250+ employee company has immediate opening for HR Payroll Specialist.
Applicant must be bilingual and have a min.
of 3 years experience in processing employee paychecks by collecting payroll data and timesheets.
Duties include verifying employee work hours and payment through a Heartland payroll system, issuing deductions, earnings and other statements to employees and updating payroll records bi-monthly.
Must be experienced with both Heartland and QuickBooks as well as have an excellent working knowledge of the rules and regulations affecting payroll in Calif.
Must adhere to strict deadlines, be versatile and have a wide range of clerical skills.
Must be confidential, dependable, and have their own transportation.
