Our company is continuing to grow and we're looking for our first ever Staffing Coordinator.
This is a full-time onsite at our Brea HQ office.
There will be some traveling involved as this role is expected to provide coverage to our centers when the need arise.
Travel can be up to 20%-30%, approximately on a monthly basis.
Position Overview
The Staffing Coordinator requires an organized and detail-oriented professional to oversee the scheduling of nursing staff and provide administrative support to our Directors of Nursing.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring optimal staffing levels, efficient scheduling, and seamless coordination of nursing services across our clinics.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in nursing staff scheduling and administrative support, preferably in a healthcare or infusion services setting.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex schedules and prioritize tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in EMR, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of healthcare compliance regulations.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field is preferred.
Previous experience in nursing administration or scheduling is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
1.
Nursing Staff Scheduling:
Develop and maintain nursing staff schedules across multiple clinics and states.
Collaborate with Directors of Nursing to ensure appropriate staffing levels based on patient needs and clinic requirements.
Manage schedule changes and plan for time-off requests and staffing shortages, while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Administrative Support
Provide administrative assistance to the Directors of Nursing, including documentation, correspondence, and data management.
Assist in maintaining accurate records related to nursing schedules, certifications, and training required.
Prepare reports and presentations as required by the Directors of Nursing.
Travel to new and existing centers to assist in the planning and coordination of new center launch and providing coverage in staffing if needed.

Communication and Collaboration:
Facilitate effective communication between nursing staff, Directors of Nursing, and other healthcare professionals.
Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to address staffing needs and support the hiring process for nursing positions.

Compliance and Quality Assurance
Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company policies related to nursing schedules, staffing, and credentialing criteria.
Contribute to quality assurance initiatives and participate in process improvement activities to enhance overall nursing operations.
The hourly pay range for this role is expected to be between $26-$28.
Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's skill set.
The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
