Overview:
Shamrock Manufacturing has been in business for over 30 years and is an established manufacturer of latex and nitrile medical examination and industrial grade gloves that answer the needs of the professional in terms of fit, function, quality, comfort, and protection.
As an inside sales assistant at Shamrock, you will work directly with our Sales Managers to assist the needs of our customers.
Job Responsibilities:
* Greeting and assisting visitors.
* Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales managers for further development and closure
* Taking incoming calls/ emails on customer service inquiries.
* Follow up with customers on orders/ inquiries.
* Processing sales orders.
* Informing customers about sales, promotions, and policies.
* Preparing and sending samples.
* Coordinating with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.
* Assisting the sales team on current projects.
Requirements/Qualifications:
* Possess excellent customer service skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
* Experience working with CRM software.
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
* Creative problem solver who keeps the customer as a top priority.
* High energy, motivated, ability to work independently and in a team environment.
