Position Summary The Coordinator Account Services is responsible for providing key support to aid in the planning, management, and oversight of accounts and other special projects.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Protecting Accounts • Documents account plans and forecasts: Assesses activities to plan; develops, monitors sales forecasts and event requirements in PTS to ensure accuracy; logs activity to track progress against the plan.
• Manages deployment readiness and resource alignment: Ensures accurate understanding of mutually agreed client deliverables (e.
g.
, terms and conditions, service-level agreements) and ensures knowledge is dispersed amongst personnel engaged in post-sale activity (e.
g.
, operations, field execution); when needed, acts as the focal point for event education and preparation within individual geographies; creates client communication to ensure operational alignment.
Maintaining Accounts • Prepares standard and ad hoc reports on account status: Analyzes account performance and contractual status data to identify internal improvement areas; generates reports on event readiness and business performance as scheduled or on demand.
• Provides task substitution assistance in order to facilitate sales: Enters data using appropriate systems and processes and tracks processing to completion; takes ownership of mutually agreed client deliverables to effectively ensure that they are implemented and measured; builds event manuals that accurately reflect event expectations and communicate key operational information (e.
g.
, selling points, recipes, etc.
).
• Crafts agreements and formal documents in securing new business: Communicates formalized expectations of work to stakeholders to ensure understanding of the opportunity and attendant responsibilities in execution.
• Troubleshoots customer operational issues: Revises inaccurate data entry; solicits and gains required approval, expedites customer involvement, or identifies internal operations issues for escalation.
