Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced eCommerce Fulfillment Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse, with a particular emphasis on logistics related to Amazon Seller Central, ShipBob, and BigCommerce.
We are a small business that is growing fast and we are looking for someone who would be willing to learn and grow with us.
This role requires proficiency in managing both physical inventory and assembly of units as well as shipping products.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management: Control and manage physical inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and stock optimization.
Shipping and Logistics: Efficiently handle shipping to Amazon, fulfillment centers, and direct-to-consumer orders.
Oversee logistics for international shipments.
Order Fulfillment: Lead the process of assembling, picking, packing, and shipping outbound orders using warehouse management spreadsheets and systems.
Assembly of Units and Products: Lead, supervise, and assemble products, ensuring quality and efficiency in the production process.
Data Entry and Administration: Maintain accurate and timely records, including inventory, shipping, and logistics data.
We would support learning and training for the ideal candidate.
Customer Service Support: Offer support to address customer inquiries and issues related to shipping and order fulfillment.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in fulfillment and warehouse management, including logistics, and inventory control.
Proficiency with warehouse management software and e-commerce platforms preferred (Amazon Seller Central, ShipBob, BigCommerce).
We would support learning and training for the ideal candidate.
Driving License, Clean driving record, and vehicle for pickup and delivery, as needed.
Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, and Internet applications.
Effective communication skills; Spanish speaking ability is a plus.
Flexibility to work additional hours during peak seasons.
