Job Summary
The HR Onboarding Specialist is responsible for executing and completing all new hires’ onboarding process is completed thoroughly and in a timely manner for AmeriPharma.
This role will report to the Administrative Manager, while working closely with the HR Onboarding Lead.
Collaboration with the HR Department, along with leadership, is expected on a regular basis.
Duties and Responsibilities
Welcome newly hired employees and execute the engagement plan throughout the new hires’ onboarding
journey.
Ensure a smooth transition to the HR personnel handling maintenance and keeping files up-to-date.
Ensure the new hire has a great experience on their first day.
Email correspondence with candidates and new hires.
Conduct new hire orientation, where company policies and operations are explained.
Prioritize and manage workload to meet deadlines, and new hire start dates (according to the Company’s
needs).
Ensure compliance with all processes and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
Keep internal data regarding recruiting efforts up-to-date.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
High level of attention to detail.
Excellent organizational skills.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
1 to 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
