Small family-owned and operated nailcare import and distribution company looking to employ a talented person to replace someone who has worked with us for ten years and has gone on disability due to an unexpected illness.
The following will be required:
• No experience is required, but a good work ethic and punctuality are a must.
• Must have a High School Diploma.
• Great computer skills and proficiency in using Microsoft Office, PDF, and email are a plus.
• Good communication skills.
• The ability to be patient with others, listen, and work under pressure comfortably.
• Ability to perform with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving
• Ability to lift a minimum of 35 pounds
Responsibilities:
• Responsibilities include maintaining administrative records, assisting in the service of customer inquiries, and a
variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
• Providing support to the office manager and other employees, assisting in daily office, packing, and warehouse
needs.
• Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities
• Maintain and update filing, inventory, and mailing, either manually or using a computer
• Log product inventory into an Excel spreadsheet
• Implement and maintain general office systems, procedures, and methods, directing a combination of activities,
including record retention and office coordination.
• Package, unpack, move, and set up products.
• Process and pack daily orders ready to be shipped.
• Typical office hours: 8 am to 5 pm.
