Full-Time customer service representative/office manager position being offered within an independently owned collision repair company.
Experience needed.

We are looking for an energetic individual that takes pride in their position, a natural problem solver who has pleasant demeanor and is excited to assist customers by being their advocate.
An experienced customer service representative who works well with others within a team environment, proactively engages with the customer, has strong phone skills and can adhere to standard operating procedures.
Must have collision industry experience in:
Customer Service, Data Entry, Scheduling, File Documentation, Repair Order Creation, Reconciliation and Closing.
Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Credit Posting.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Bi-lingual and proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred but not required.
Proficient in CCC ONE required.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates and work orders.
Adapts easily to fast-paced environment.
Maintain a well-groomed appearance.
