Job Description:
Shift: First Shift,Mon,Tue,Wed,Thu,Fri
Active insurance brokerage seeks an administrative professional with at least 2 years of office experience.
This position is for full time, regular employment at our corporate office, located in Orange, CA.
Typical duties for this position include:
Data entry for a variety of projects
Prepare documents & presentation materials, using a variety of software applications and programs
Review and distribute documents
Telephone and email correspondence
Maintain multiple schedules
Other administrative duties, as needed
Experience and Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Resourceful; capable of finding solutions and solving problems
Interest in learning new concepts and willing to participate in training activities
Proficient in using various software applications & programs including Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook & Word)
Familiar with office equipment such as scanning/photocopy devices, telephones and pc's
Minimum of two (2) years prior administrative experience
Professional work ethic
Ability to effectively prioritize & organize assignments, to meet deadlines
