We are seeking a dedicated office assistant to join our team for the upcoming tax season.
Job Responsibilities include but not limited to: Calling clients and scheduling appointments.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Handle administrative tasks related to client documentation and file management.
Data entry Qualifications: Computer literate Speak English and Spanish Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Customer service experience is a plus.
Scheduling: We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate work-life balance.
This position is seasonal and will be part-time during the tax season, which ends in April.
