Responsibilities:
Recruitment Assistance: Aid in the hiring process by coordinating interviews, conducting initial candidate screenings, and assisting with onboarding procedures.
Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Benefits Administration: Support the administration of employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefit-related inquiries.
HR Documentation: Prepare and maintain HR documentation, including offer letters, contracts, and other related materials.
Timekeeping and Attendance: Monitor employee attendance, process time-off requests, and assist in the management of timesheets.
Policy Implementation: Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
Employee Relations: Address employee queries and concerns, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office suite; familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.
00 - $30.
