Recently remodeled.
It was a 1bed but I knocked down a wall so its open now.
It's a small unit approx 450SF.
All utilities are included: electricity, water, gas, trash and shared wifi.
If you work remotely and stream allot of data, you'll need to get your own IP service.
I'm relatively flexible on the credit and rental history.
I get that ppl have a history.
As long as its explainable and you won't introduce drama, I'm amenable.
This is a small 3 plex and not a large apartment complex.
It's situated in a quaint neighborhood close to the beach and shopping/dinning.
A small pet might be acceptable (with deposit).
I'd pref a single person due to the fact that I'm paying for the utilities.
Street parking.
