coins being analyzed per second to find the best match
• Coin digital identification offers:
– The ability to register ownership to specific coins
– Creation of a permanent audit trail of owners
– Extremely high counterfeit resistance
– Potential to reduce insurance costs and enhance recovery
– Added value for coins once registered
CoinSecure Registration Certificate Provides
• An ownership record
• Counterfeit & fraud protection
• Advanced quality control information
• Added value by creating serialized coins
CoinSecure's system produces a digital image of the coin at the time of scanning.
This digital image is also stored in the database.
The system also:
• Digitally fingerprints each coin and stores its identity in a central database that can be remotely searched on a one-to-many basis
• Helps reduce fraud, theft and loss on a worldwide basis
• Quickly searches thousands of comparisons a second, far beyond any current method of cataloging collectable coins
• Provides registration of gold and silver bullion coins, a safeguard worthy of reductions in insurance premiums for holding precious metals
• Can create a historic pedigree of each registered coin, allowing ownership records of key coins to be traced for future generations of collectors
The CoinPrint Process
1\.
Coin to be registered is placed in the CP-16
2\.
Basic coin family is selected for comparison, based on type, date, mint
mark, obverse or reverse
3\.
Coin is scanned for unique features for approximately 4 seconds
4\.
CoinPrint is generated in about 1 second and stored in the database
for future comparison
Once the coin has been registered in the CoinPrint
library, it may be found again in the future by rescanning
the coin and comparing the new scan to all others in the
library
• The best correlation between the new scan and the
stored library scans is found in the CoinVerify process
• Once matched, the file coin image and a newly captured
image are shown for additional verification of matching
I also have other coin analyzers and coin sniffers.
