it’s been so hard for daughter with her few auto immunes matters,to do the hiring process-training a hire.

she REALLY needs help to sustain.
need help coordinating cateract surgery in FEB.
(cataract’s r real bad)
need to plan a few month of rehab which a hire will help coordinate and be there 4hr shifts(mornings or early afternoons) to work- help mom there, maybe with extra hire and us rotating.
but do best helping at home for now.
seeking a genuine, honest and not flaky PT caregiver be part of our family, who’s Flexible! EASYGOING -PATIENT.
want to make effort to Talk to engage with mom.
possibly personal asst(PA).
help house manage a huge PLUS.
Or a PA who can do basic carehelp.

Due to my accidental health issue, my hula co’s been on a long hold, silkislands.
com (sites a mess) it’s been very hard to care for mom, she's declined a lot in midst of pandemic and having it tough etc.
I’ve been caring for her for 20yrs💜.
mom speaks broken English and Korean.
familiar with Asian/hawaiian/Filipino cultures a plus:)

Work schedule:
HOURS (some late mornings) and later afternoons also, a -early evening.
overall We are flexible, on days of the wk or if on weekend, may work with your schedule of availability, as long as it is within specify time frame listed.

-maybe help decide -coordinate best careplan/case manager minded a plus
-track-log mom’s health/symptoms
-experience with minor Dementia -motivation-effort to engage with mom
(research may to better memory, as we all have been)
-cleaning and organizing skills
-able to motivate a plus!
PERSONAL asst.
aspect of position, mostly medical related (some done remotely, but still must meet )$17-$18cash
-must do minor carehelp
-make various ph calls (ex.
finding info.
-Setting up appts, inquiries, many follow-ups call)

-minor computer skills, internet search
Qualifications:
it’s not yrs of experience, but a match, also, experience with private clients in their home verses in a facility.
