Homeowner seeks an independent multi skilled handyman, to maintain large home in South Orange County.
This is a long-term position.
I'm looking for someone who’s detail oriented.
Must live no more than 15 minutes away from Crown Valley Parkway and PCH.

I can offer $40.
00 per hour and approximately 2 or 3 days a week.
Replace old wall plugs, treat small termite outbreaks, maintain irrigation, stucco repair, fix or replace windows that have a little dry rot, sand and paint metal railings, the list goes on.
I need someone with experience working with masonry who can build rock and cement planters on slope in my backyard.
I have 3 vintage manual transmission cars that need to be driven for 15 minutes every 7-10 days.
I've had one handyman for over 20 years, now retired.
Must be honest, hardworking and take pride in doing and completing quality work.
