Swim Coach

Responsibilities: - Educate and instruct individuals or groups in swimming techniques and water safety.
- Develop and implement training programs tailored to the needs and abilities of swimmers.
- Provide guidance and feedback to swimmers to help them improve their skills and performance.
- Ensure the safety of all participants during swimming sessions.
- Monitor swimmers' progress and track their achievements.
- Plan and organize swimming competitions or events.
- Maintain a clean and organized swimming area.
Skills: - Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various swimming strokes and techniques.
- Experience in teaching or coaching swimming is preferred.
- Knowledge of other sports or physical activities such as martial arts, climbing, basketball, or judo is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct and motivate swimmers.
- Ability to manage behavior and maintain discipline in a group setting.
- Lifeguard certification is desirable but not required.
