Substitute Preschool Teachers are under general supervision, responsible for supervising a group of children 18 months to 5 years old, classroom coverage and support to classroom assigned.
Works cooperatively with the teaching team and follows daily classroom activities.

Hourly Rate: Starting at $21.

*Qualifications*:
12 college units of Child Development, Early Childhood Education or Child, Family & Community and Program/Curriculum
50 days of 3+hours/day of teaching experience at a Licensed Child Care
Valid Child Development Associate Teacher Permit OR eligible for permit at hiring
Bilingual capabilities preferred (Spanish, Vietnamese, Korean)
Must maintain valid CPR certification throughout employment through BGCGG CPR Program or through another acceptable CPR certification agency
Must clear screening and background check
