Preschool Teacher

Responsibilities: - Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children - Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through various activities - Manage classroom behavior and promote positive discipline techniques - Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education - Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians - Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment - Attend staff meetings and professional development sessions Requirements: -12 Early childhood development units - Previous experience working with preschool-aged children - Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices - Familiarity with curriculum development and lesson planning - Ability to effectively communicate with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues - Experience working with students with autism or special needs is a plus - Strong classroom management skills - Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing quality care Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
