*Position Summary* Act as liaison for potential students through the enrollment process.
Provide enrollment guidance and support for students.
*Duties and Functions* *Ensuring successful enrollment of students in the following ways:* * Contact all leads as distributed by Director of Admissions s via phone, internet, and/or text messages or any other pertinent communications means; * Follow up on all non-responsive leads several times; * Set appointments with interested potential students and send reminders about these appointments as needed; * Meet with appointments to conduct campus tour and informational meeting; * Answer potential student questions to best of ability and refer specific questions about programs to program directors and career services; * Organize and ensure testing, tutoring, and financial aid appointments for potential students occur; * Complete student registration process through signing of all applicable documents; * All other duties as assigned *Qualifications* * High school * Three years of experience in admissions preferred.
* Three years of customer service experience * Three years of administrative experience * Professional appearance and demeanor * Friendly voice and excellent customer service skills * Competent in multiple computer programs including but not limited to: * All Microsoft Office Applications * Internet use/search * Able to multi-task and respond in a timely manner to requests for information pertaining to school programs.
* Excellent phone skills and professionalism.
* Ability to prioritize and deliver work of a high quality on a consistent basis.
