*QUALIFICATIONS:*
· 6+ units in Early Childhood Education and meet the minimum State of California Core Class Requirements
· A Christian who loves children and relates to them
· Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form, and excels in problem solving

· This position requires extended periods of time standing, squatting bending and lifting of children and equipment

*ACCOUNTABILITY:*
· Plan and carry out an educational program according to the guidelines, philosophies and beliefs of the Christ the King Lutheran Church Preschool
· Report directly to the Preschool Director
· Attend all staff meetings and share ideas and materials with other staff members
· Participate in training programs, conferences, workshops and continuing education when appropriate
