```Job Overview```
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Pilates Instructor to join our niche physical therapy clinic.
As a Pilates Instructor, you will be responsible for leading group classes and providing personalized instruction to clients of all fitness levels.
Ideal candidate will have some existing clientel, and experience or interest in working within a physical therapy clinic.
We have a Balanced Body reformer, floor mats, fitness circles, foam rollers and blocks.
Everything you would need to teach group mat classes or individual reformer sessions.
This clinic is focused on movement and wellness, with an emphasis on neurological conditions and movement disorders such as Parkinsons Disease.
```Responsibilities```
- Conduct group Pilates classes following established guidelines and formats
- Provide personalized instruction and modifications to accommodate clients' needs and goals
- Educate clients on proper form, alignment, and breathing techniques
- Create challenging and engaging workouts that focus on core strength, flexibility, and overall body conditioning
- Demonstrate exercises and assist clients with correct technique
- Monitor clients' progress and provide ongoing feedback and motivation
- Maintain a clean and organized studio environment
```Experience```
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Pilates Instructor or relevant fitness instruction experience
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics
- Experience in teaching other fitness modalities such as yoga, dance, kickboxing, CrossFit, or personal training is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients of all fitness levels
- CPR/AED certification is required
