Preschool Teacher
Duties:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool children.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning.
- Teach basic academic skills such as letters, numbers, shapes, colors, and basic math concepts.
- Encourage creativity and imagination through art, music, and storytelling activities.
- Promote physical education by organizing outdoor playtime and gross motor skill development exercises.
- Provide individualized attention and tutoring to children who may need extra support.
- Collaborate with parents to ensure the well-being and progress of each child.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and behavior.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to create a positive learning environment.
- Creativity in designing engaging activities that promote learning and development.
- Organizational skills to manage lesson plans, materials, and classroom routines.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of children.
