Mondays and Wednesdays are also essential work hours from 3:00 pm until 7:00 pm.

*Responsibilities:* - Will prioritize professional committal to schedule and position at Sylvan - Provide one-to-three tutoring sessions to students in various subjects - Help students improve their understanding of key concepts and develop effective study strategies - Assist with homework assignments and test preparation - Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents or guardians - Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment *Qualifications:* - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Education, Mathematics, English, etc.
) - Previous tutoring or teaching experience necessary - Strong knowledge and understanding of the subject matter being tutored - *Excellent writing grammar, communication and interpersonal skills a must* - Patience and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs - *Ability to employ and teach correct alphanumerical printing and cursive formation a must* Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the requirements for the position.
