Under the general supervision of the Program Director, The Volleyball Instructor is responsible for the development and coordination of volleyball activities for the Sports Program.
Responsible for creating, implementing, evaluating, and overseeing innovative programs for sports participants.
Volleyball programs run Tuesday or Thursday evening from 5:45-9:15pm and on Sundays 12-6:30pm.
*RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:*
* Responsible for developing and conducting group, private and semi-private lessons, clinics, classes, leagues and camps for children.
* Make cold calls to generate new clients.
* Responsible for registering participants and promoting.
* Instruct participants.
* Follow SOP, general guidelines, and sport specific rules.
* Other duties as assigned
*MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:*
Education & Certifications & Experience Required:
* Must be 18 years of age.
Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
Skills/Abilities:
* Must have experience in sports
* Must understand developmental learning.
* Must be able to work with children ages 3 to 15 years old.
* Excellent planning and organizing skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong customer and results orientation.
* Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.
