Christian School Educator 24/25 school year

Job Title: Educator We are a non-profit organization looking for amazing educators, familiar with Abeka curriculum.
We provide educational services to families that have decided to go the homeschool route.
We are a new company, and I am looking for individuals who want to grow with our organization.
I am growing a team that will be doing something wonderful within our community.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement lesson plans that align with christian curriculum standards and educational goals - Create a positive and engaging learning environment for students - Deliver instruction to students using a variety of teaching methods and techniques - Assess student progress and provide feedback on their academic performance - Collaborate with other educators and staff to support student learning and development - Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to provide updates on student progress - Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge Skills: - Strong knowledge of subject matter and curriculum standards - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students - Effective classroom management skills - Proficient in using technology for instructional purposes - Strong organizational and time management skills We offer competitive compensation, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
