Montessori Assistant Teacher

The Assistant Teacher teacher becomes a team with the Head Teacher of the classroom.
They work together to implement the curriculum.
This person also maintains the classroom's organization and cleanliness with the support of the Head Teacher.
At the end of the day, this teacher collaborates with other campus Assistant Teachers to implement and manage the after school program.
This role requires hands-on supervision of the children, an aptitude for respectful communication with the students, multitasking, cleaning & organizing skills, helping children with their bodily needs (eating/feeding, diapering, assisting to nap), and flexibility to pivot to meet the needs of the school.
The hourly wage starts at $16/hr with qualifications and experience.

● Must have a minimum of a high school diploma.
