```Responsibilities``` - Assist the lead teacher in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans - Support children with special needs, including those with autism - Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment - Supervise children during activities and ensure their well-being - Collaborate with the lead teacher to create and implement individualized education plans - Assist with classroom management and behavior guidance - Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress ```Experience``` - Previous experience working in a daycare, preschool, or classroom setting is preferred - Familiarity with lesson planning and curriculum development - Ability to effectively communicate and engage with young children - Experience working with children who have special needs is a plus - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Basic math skills for assisting with educational activities If you are passionate about early childhood education and making a positive impact on young lives, we would love to hear from you.
