XPT is launching its first studio, bringing the benefits of breath, ice, heat, and community in a one stop shop.
XPT stands for Extreme Performance Training; to us, this means operating at your absolute highest possible potential in all areas of life through our five pillars: breathe, move, recover, fuel, and connect.
XPT Studios will provide the guidance and opportunity to practice these pillars in our new studios, which will offer guided breathwork, ice baths, and saunas in a group or private setting.
To bring this incredible opportunity to life, we are currently recruiting passionate and experienced coaches to run the world’s greatest group breath and exposure classes at our new boutique studios.
This position will receive competitive pay per class, continued education for all coaches, and be open to additional opportunities within the FitLab network.

Here’s how you will make that possible: Implement and execute daily group sessions with breathwork, cold exposure, and sauna Clearly explain, cue, and instruct individuals through various breath protocols, cold water immersion protocols, and sauna protocols to help guide and keep members of all fitness and comfort levels safe while challenging them appropriately Foster community, inclusivity and member growth by being a leader both inside and outside class sessions Provide availability to participate in member events outside of coaching hours in order to drive member engagement Assist in troubleshooting in-studio technology such as saunas, cold tubs, lights, and audio Set up, break down, clean and store equipment before and after each class session Be available for coach onboarding, team programming huddles, performance reviews and continuing education sessions Requirements: In order to do all of that, we need rockstar coaches.
Here’s what we’re looking for: Excellent communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills Professional, outgoing, energetic, and positive personality Commitment to treating all people with respect and integrity Flexible schedule to accommodate early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays A deep understanding of breathwork and exposure therapy (cold water immersion and heat exposure) Current XPT Performance Breathing Certification, or XPT Coach Certification Current CPR/AED First Aid certification Ability to communicate complex information and knowledge into simple, palatable, and actionable statements A background check will be conducted on all final candidates upon receipt of the signed offer letter and release form Physical demands and work environment: Physical demands and work environment: The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
This role can be physically demanding and will require moving around in tight quarters in areas that may be wet or slippery, along with constantly changing positions by standing, squatting, and sitting frequently for long periods of time, along with the transport of equipment and supplies (up to 100 lbs).
This role will also include exposure to extreme temperatures of water below 40°F and air temperatures above 180°F Have an understanding of how to use and operate studio equipment that may include, but is not limited to: saunas, cold plunges, and audio/video equipment.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
To complete the essential functions this role, candidates must be able to communicate with members and/or co-workers in spaces with moderate to loud levels of volume Follow established departmental policies, safety protocols and procedures Note: This job posting is for a position in a fitness studio owned and operated by FitLab, Inc.
