*Breakthrough Sports is hiring for our GIRLS Flag Football League.
* Wednesday evening practice sessions with games on Saturday mornings.
```Duties``` - Develop and implement effective football coaching strategies and techniques - Plan and conduct practice sessions to improve players' skills and performance - Teach players the rules and fundamentals of football - Provide guidance and support to players on and off the field - Develop game plans and strategies for upcoming matches - Evaluate players' performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement - Ensure the safety of players during practice sessions and matches - Collaborate with other coaches and staff to create a positive team environment ```Requirements``` - Previous experience as a football coach or player is preferred - Strong knowledge of football rules, strategies, and techniques - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Ability to effectively manage behavior and maintain discipline among players Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Seasonal Pay: $20.
