*Job Overview*: We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Cheerleading Coach Recruiter to join our team.
This role involves traveling across Southern California to identify and recruit talented coaches who can contribute to our organization's mission of excellence in cheerleading training.
*Key Responsibilities*: * Travel to various locations within Orange, LA, Riverside, and San Bernardino Counties to scout for potential coaching talent.
* Conduct interviews and evaluate the skills and experience of prospective coaches.
* Build and maintain relationships with local cheerleading communities and institutions.
* Organize and participate in recruitment events and tryouts.
* Collaborate with our management team to develop recruitment strategies and goals.
* Ensure recruited coaches align with our organization's standards and values.
