-Training is provided to obtain your DMV driving instructor license
-All company vehicles are used for instruction
-New model vehicles used (2018-2024)
-We pay all fuel, travel time and instruction time
-No out of pocket expense
-We can provide 40 hours per week, year around consistently
Rewarding opportunity to help students learn to drive and pass their DMV behind the wheel test
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with students to provide clear instructions and guidance during driving lessons
- Utilize effective teaching techniques and strategies to help students understand and apply driving concepts
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students, including those with different learning styles or special needs
- Provide constructive feedback and evaluation to students and parents on their driving skills and progress
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress
Experience:
- Previous experience working with students, preferably in an educational or instructional setting
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with students of all ages
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience, understanding, and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- Knowledge of traffic laws, road safety regulations, and defensive driving techniques
