Under the direction of the Enrollment Management Director, the Admissions Associate will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of the admissions office.
The Admissions Associate will promote the school's mission, image, and core values to prospective families and the community.
This role will help to ensure that the TVT Admissions Office is characterized by a warm, welcoming, and professional manner to all visitors including faculty, staff, parents, students, prospective families, and the general public.
The Admissions office at TVT Community Day School conveys the TVT brand and messaging to successfully enroll, educate and unify a diverse community of students who will graduate and become agents of change in the world.
The Admissions Associate will assist and work in partnership with the Director and admissions team to provide excellent customer service and achieve enrollment goals.
Essential Functions -Serve as a contact for the TK-12 Office of Admissions -Support the admissions team's comprehensive strategy to recruit and enroll mission-appropriate families -Maintain a professional office atmosphere -Consistently provide timely and excellent customer service -Admissions Data Entry -Timely Email and Follow up Correspondence -Assist Families in the admissions process -Assist in scheduling of the admission office -Manage logistics of the admission events -Assist in the enrollment process -Work with other departments to ensure a smooth transition into TVT for students and families -Assist in Admission Assessments (scoring, organizing, data collection) Qualifications (preferred): Bachelor's Degree Strong technical competence and overall computer literacy Timely, detailed, and customer service orientated Blackbaud experience a plus (Admissions Database) Correct English usage, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and vocabulary Strong interpersonal/customer relations skills to deal effectively using tact, patience, and courtesy with visitors in person and on the phone Compensation Range $21 per hour - $26 per hour based upon, but not limited to, several factors that include type and years of experience, education level, and expertise.
