Hello! We are a youth fitness company based out of Irvine in Orange County.
Our mission is to help children develop healthy active lifestyles, through quality fitness instruction.
With physical education in schools deteriorating, and organized sports focussing more strongly on social interaction, our mission is to help children get the exercise they need to grow and be healthy.
Our goal is to break all of the negative stigmas associated with exercise, and show kids all of the fun ways to incorporate fitness into their daily lives.
We hop to help young athletes prevent injuries, and help create a healthier generation for tomorrow.
We offer many different services including private fitness instruction (personal training), group fitness classes, private yoga classes, group yoga classes, social integration through fitness, toddler movement classes, dance fitness, advanced sport instruction (tennis, soccer, football, boxing, baseball, etc.
), and special needs fitness instruction.
We also run “field days” for local schools and organizations, birthday parties, summer camps, and several contract classes with Orange County recreation departments.
We are currently looking to bring a new sports coach onto our team.
We are preferably looking for applicants who have experience teaching fitness classes, however experience in training in other sports or yoga is greatly appreciated.
The majority of the hours will be working with private clients (small groups or 1:1), however will also have larger group classes available.
We will also have more openings available over the summer for summer camp leaders, if more hours are desired.
though Beginning classes, we do teach a number of sports/fitness classes, and are ideally looking for coaches that experience with fitness, children, and tennis, boxing , and/or other sports.
Since we are a youth based fitness company, it is vital that applicants have good classroom management skills, and experience working with children.
preferred applicants will have relevant certifications-Personal training certification (NASM or ACE) as well, would be ideal.
It is mandatory that applicants have experience teaching group fitness classes (boot camp style or HIIT preferred) as well as experience working with children.

) so experience working with special needs students is a a huge bonus.
Each new coach/instructor will get a set of equipment as well as basic lesson plans and our exercise library, however we do expect that our coaches are able to plan, adjust, and create new lesson plans for each of their clients, according to their specific needs.
Most importantly, we expect all of our coaches to be effective communicators.
Clients calling in require quick responses, and we therefore expect our coaches to respond quickly as well.
During business hours (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm), we expect our coaches to respond within 1 hour to text messages and emails, so that we may set classes up quickly.
Coaches who continue to miss our 1 hour window will be let go.
