*Where You'll Work:*
This position is in-person only, at our comfortable office located in Irvine, CA.
A professional studio is set up in our office, where lessons will be filmed for online studying.
All candidates must be able to work in person at our office in *Irvine, CA* and be comfortable being filmed of their teaching process.
*Responsibilities:*
* Create dynamic, engaging *recorded video lessons* for students.
* Create *example questions and quiz bank* for the course.
* Write *teaching material (slides) with Microsoft PowerPoint*.
* Teach students in skills and knowledge in assigned subject matter areas commonly found in *grades 6-12* *textbooks*, or *College Board AP course guideline*.
* Be comfortable and capable of having your lessons filmed, and teaching “to a camera”.
*Qualifications:*
* *Bachelor Degree* (Higher education is a plus!).
* Must have the ability & resources to make your own *teaching plan and materials*.
* Experience of filming yourself teaching .
*Part-Time Pay:*
* $200 for each *one finished video hour*.
* Scholardog pays instructors according to piece-rate-pay (Labor Code §226.
2 (AB 1513)).
The pay rate is given per each completed video, including its prep.
*Full-Time Pay:*
* $25-30 for each hour.
* PLUS $100 for each *one finished video hour*.
